Intermediate Digital Techniques

This 2 1/2 hour class is for digital photographers with basic experience who want to get more from their digital camera. This hands on session will show you how to get the most from your equipment. As with our basic class, the workshop is conducted in our studio, and each participant will practice what they learn with others in the class. Bring your digital camera and tough questions for the instructor to discuss with the class. Covered topics will be:

  • How far can you take your digital images ?
  • What is the difference between the various shooting modes?
  • How important is pixel resolution to output?
  • Auto vs manual color settings. How color quality affects output.
  • How exposure and lighting with digital is different from film .
  • How to effectively manage your digital files.
  • What are the various output options.
